BE&K Building Group Completes Major Expansion at Ferguson’s Midwest Distribution Center in Celina, Ohio
March 16, 2016

BE&K Building recently completed another successful project for core client Ferguson Enterprises, the nation’s largest wholesale plumbing distributor. This time we constructed a major expansion at Ferguson’s Midwest regional distribution center in Celina, Ohio — a sustainably designed facility our company built a few years ago. This 200,000-square-foot addition expanded the original facility by nearly 70 percent. The project was completed on time and within budget.

Ferguson's Midwest distribution center specifically supports the company's branches and customers in seven surrounding states. The company’s first facility targeted for LEED certification, the building utilizes LED lighting, high-frequency chargers for equipment, motion sensors and incorporates other environmental friendly measures.

Last year, BE&K Building Group completed on a 460,000-square-foot regional distribution for Ferguson in Coxsackie, New York — near Albany. The company’s Northeast distribution center supports Ferguson’s Metro New York and Northeast branches. This building is also designed for LEED certification.

Ferguson’s has 11 regional distribution centers across the United States.
